The ruler’s melody Prahlada differ and stayed gave to Lord Vishnu. Hiranyakashipu, who was incensed by his child, exposed him to the cruelest of disciplines. At some point, Holika, the ruler’s sister, fooled Prahlada into sitting on fire with her. Holika shielded just herself from the fire with a shroud leaving Prahlad uncovered. As the fire blasted, the shroud out of nowhere flew from Holika’s body and covered Prahlad. Consequently, Prahlada was saved from the fire, and Holika was charred to death. Festivity of Holi marks this episode.
Afterward, Lord Vishnu showed up in the symbol of Narsimha and executed Hiranyakashipu, finishing his rule. This is the reason Holi festivities start with the Holika colossal fire.
